We want you to love your Flower & White treats, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery, we can only accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the issue to initiate your return request.

    Receive Authorization

    Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the specific warehouse address for your shipment.

    Pack Securely

    Place the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in good condition.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect your returned treats, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
